WARRANTY COMMITMENT

At PAKROMAN, we take immense pride in the quality of our products and the satisfaction of our customers. We offer a robust warranty, assuring that our products will be free from defects in materials and workmanship (paint and finish excluded) for the duration specified below. This promise is extended exclusively to the original consumer purchaser. Should any defects arise within the Warranty Coverage Period, we are committed to replacing the faulty part or product at no cost, contingent upon presentation of valid proof of purchase.

 

EXTENSIVE COVERAGE DETAILS:

Our warranty does not extend to the normal wear of parts, or to damage resulting from misuse, abuse, overheating, or unauthorized modifications. PAKROMAN is not liable for losses that occur due to negligent operation. Additionally, this warranty is void in cases of accidents, misuse, abuse, unauthorized modifications, water damage, neglect, improper handling or storage, insufficient maintenance or installation, integration of non-standard third-party components, or damages due to environmental conditions including, but not limited to, earthquakes, hurricanes, tornadoes, floods, lightning, fires, or failure to adhere to usage instructions.

 

LIMITATIONS OF IMPLIED WARRANTIES:

Any warranties implied by law are limited in duration to the term of this express warranty. Limitation periods for implied warranties may vary across states, hence this limitation may not be applicable in your case. Our responsibility for defective products is limited solely to repair or replacement as outlined in this warranty. We are not liable for any kind of special, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the purchase or use of our products. This is enforceable to the full extent as provided by law, although some states do not permit exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages. This warranty affords you specific legal rights, and you may have other rights which can vary from state to state.

 

REQUIREMENTS FOR WARRANTY SERVICE:

Please retain all original sales receipts from the authorized dealer. These are necessary to claim warranty services. Unauthorized returns will be discarded without notice. To initiate a warranty service, please submit a request to info@pakroman.com. Our customer service team is eager to assist you from Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5 pm PST. Coverage applies exclusively to the United States and Canada.

 

WARRANTY EXCEPTIONS:

Performance warranties are neither stated nor implied, as the manufacturer cannot oversee the installation, operation, cleaning, or maintenance processes. This warranty will be deemed invalid if the product is not installed, operated, cleaned, and maintained as per the manufacturer's instructions. Furthermore, PAKROMAN is not accountable for any damage resulting from misuse, improper handling, or modifications.

Neither PAKROMAN nor any authorized dealer is liable, in any legal sense, for incidental or consequential damage to property or persons due to the usage of this product. Claims against PAKROMAN, whether under this warranty or any other legal theory, shall not result in liability for more than the initial purchase cost of the product. RETURN POLICY:

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for full refunds on incorrectly shipped or defective items. Returned items must include all original components in their original packaging and be in new, unused condition. Include a copy of the original purchase receipt to process your return.

For non-quality-related returns or items not in "as is" condition, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs and may incur a 10% restocking fee for repairs or replacements. This fee will be deducted from the refund amount. Use a traceable carrier for returns as we are not liable for lost items during transit. Refunds are processed only upon receipt of the returned item.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES:

Please inspect your shipment upon arrival and immediately report any defective, damaged, or incorrect items to us so we can address and rectify the issue promptly.

 

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS:

We cannot accept returns on perishable goods, custom products, personal care goods, hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Contact us with concerns about specific items.

Returns on sale items or gift cards are not accepted.

 

EXCHANGES:

To exchange an item, return the original item, and once accepted, place a new order for the desired product.

 

REFUNDS:

Post-inspection of your return, we will inform you about the approval status of your refund. Approved refunds will be credited back to the original payment method. Please note, it may take some time for your bank or card issuer to process and post the refund.

 

SHIPPING POLICY:

 

Standard Shipping Practices

All orders are dispatched via LTL or FedEx Ground shipping services unless a different method is requested. Orders that exceed standard size or weight limits may be shipped through an alternative freight carrier and could necessitate a delivery appointment. We suggest contacting us directly for a shipping estimate for such orders. If you require shipping to Alaska or Hawaii, please request a shipping quote by emailing us at info@pakroman.com. Currently, we do not offer international shipping to countries that are not supported, nor can we ship to P.O. Boxes, APO, FPO, or other military addresses. All delivery locations must correspond to valid street addresses.

 

Order Processing Time

Please allow a processing time of 3 to 5 days upon receipt of your order. During processing, your items are compiled and packaged in preparation for shipping. Upon completion, your order will be dispatched to the address provided during checkout. You will receive a shipment confirmation email along with a tracking number once your order has been shipped.

 

Additional Fees for Alaska and Hawaii

Shipments to Alaska or Hawaii are subject to additional shipping fees, which will be presented and calculated at checkout before you finalize your order.

 

Free Ground Shipping

We are pleased to offer complimentary ground shipping for all orders within the contiguous United States (excluding Alaska and Hawaii) via FedEx or LTL. Optional express shipping is available at additional charges based on the item’s weight and the delivery destination.

 

Estimated Delivery Times

For the contiguous United States: Free standard shipping typically takes 2-14 business days, contingent upon the final delivery address.

 

International Shipping

Presently, we support shipping within the United States and North America. Standard delivery to these regions generally takes about 60 days.

International shipping is available at variable costs, determined by the parcel's weight and the destination country. Please note that customers are responsible for all import customs taxes and duties. In the event that these charges are not settled by the customer, a refund for the order will not be available.

 

Real-Time Shipping & Handling Rates

Shipping and handling charges are subject to variable rates based on real-time quotes from UPS or FedEx. These costs will be calculated and shown once you have entered the shipping address during the checkout process.
